in business world, it’s the right thing to do. lttnieg go of the weak and holding on to the strong ones. however, i don’t agree that boss doesn’t need to find an excuse to fire any person. even if you don’t care about the one who got fired, you need to justify the firing to other employees. although, many times, the excuses are non-real excuses anyway.
